What is “Indiafad.com” return/exchange policy?
We generally create products out of love and affection & do not encourage returns and refunds. There are sentiments and emotions of creator attached to the product they make and every product they make is unique and artistically designed.
An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the creator place (after placing the order). No customized products will be eligible for cancellations. Please send us an email on email@example.com or call us on our helpline number. We will remit your money back as per the refund policy mentioned below.
Returns/Replacement/Refund will ONLY be applicable on the products delivered to you any of the following Terms:
§ Items that are physically damaged or defective
§ Items you receive is not what you have ordered
§ The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
Note: For items lost during transit, full refund will be issued post confirmation with the Logistics partner.
What is the refund policy for the returned item?
We endeavor to process your refunds within 5-7 business days from the date the returned product clears the Q.C and receives to sellers. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Indiafad.com. In case of any refund discrepancies, Indiafad.com may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement. We sincerely urge you to make unpacking video at the time of opening the packet so as to avoid any future disputes in relation to any damage claims.
We understand that in some unavoidable scenarios, the Product may take more than 10 days to reach our Creator End. In such scenario, we may process the refund amounts after product receive to our creator end. Indiafad.com may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles Indiafad.com to a claim against you.
How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment?
If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card/Paytm Wallet/UPI, then the refunded amount gets credited to the Same mode in 5-7 business days from the date of by Indiafad, after the products Reaches to Seller.
If you have paid for the order using Indiafad Wallet, then the amount gets refunded to your Indiafad Wallet within 2-5 business days from date of product reach to sellers.
How do I return/exchange my order?
We offer easy self-service return process. To return/exchange your order, please follow these steps.
§ Login to your account
§ Go to My Orders
§ Click on Return/Exchange
§ Select the Items that you want to return/Exchange
§ You will get a refund/Replacement once your order is picked up & checked for eligible reasons.
When will my return get picked up?
We send the return pick-up request to our Logistic partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our Logistic partner pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request.
Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh Return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care helpline.
Please keep the shipment ready as detailed above and ensure that you return all items for which the request was raised. If you fail to do so, the return option may not be available to you in future, the discretion of which shall lie completely with the Company.
Liability for errors:
We are not liable for errors committed by you during the course of personalizing a product though highest professional standards are adhered. These errors, though not limited to, may be a result of the following: misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, or image resolution.
Artwork & Photographs
By submitting an artwork or photograph for use in a custom product on Indiafad, you certify that you have the right to use the artwork or photographs in your files. You agree not to upload any files consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights .We will refuse an order, which in our opinion is an infringement on the rights of a 3rd party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.
